Welcome to the House of Mark, the fabulous guest house nestling amongst the glens. Formerly a manse, open all year and set within two acres at the foot of the Cairngorms National Park.
Stunning scenery and spectacular countryside, within an area steeped in history we love welcoming you to our idyllic slice of Scotland. Fantastic walks from the doorstep, on the route to The Queen’s Well and Mount Keen, Loch Lee is also nearby. House of Mark overlooks the Water of Mark and, along with the Water of Lee, forms the river North Esk close by renowned for salmon and sea trout.
After your day observing wildlife, walking, climbing, fishing, stalking, kayaking, or MTB, sit in the tranquil walled garden listening to the wildlife and water flowing by, or relax in front of an open fire.
What better way to release the stress of everyday life!
Delicious Aga home-cooked meals.
